Q: I don't see all the letters and documents shown in the How To Cancel Loan Presentation?

A:  All services and required documents will be included, however some letters or documents are prepared as the file requires.  For example, the client will only receive a TILA Rescission letter if the audit determines that the loan is cancel eligible under TILA.  Also, the Improperly Sold Mortgage System is prepared for each client individually as well.
